‘Hot To Go’ Branding & Packaging
Background: Greggs launched ‘Hot To Go’ in 2015. (Formerly known as ‘Hot, Fresh & Tasty’.) Having rolled out the concept to 100+ shops, the feedback from multiple stakeholders was that the range wasn’t as impactful as other categories.
The Problem: Greggs were looking to refresh their ‘Hot To Go’ brand, unit, packaging and labelling. However, they also wanted to launch a new ‘Heat To Eat’ range, allowing customers to heat products at the counter. Both offerings required a new identity that would differentiate the offerings whilst aligning to their current in-shop packaging look and feel.
